Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical care team in Minot, ND. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional perioperative care, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready and sterile.
- Assist surgeons during procedures by anticipating their needs and providing appropriate instruments and supplies.
- Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after surgery to ensure safety and comfort.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere strictly to infection control standards.
- Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and post-operative care.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota (or eligibility for licensure).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS; CNOR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of operating room nursing experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
