On Monday, May 4, 1992, Elite Medical Search began as a small company with big dreams. In the ensuing three decades, Elite Medical Search was rechristened Soliant, expanded into education and life sciences, pioneered teletherapy solutions, grew to over 1,000 colleagues and now stands as one of the nation’s largest specialized staff outsourcing companies in the healthcare and education spaces, serving countless communities in 48 states. We serve patients and students across this great country by placing proven allied health, nursing, special education and therapy personnel in the hospitals and schools where they are most needed. At Soliant, we’re proud to be a leading provider of specialized healthcare and education staffing. And this year, we’re equally proud to be celebrating 30 years of service.
Soliant’s 30-year milestone testifies to the power of investing in the careers of both our employees and the professionals with whom we work. Soliant currently boasts an internal team of over 1,000, 7 out of 10 of whom are colleague-referred. Members of our workforce bring diverse backgrounds, fanatic discipline and unique skillsets to bear in fulfilling our singular mission: to make life better for those who make lives better. Over the next year, we will be onboarding more than 400 new colleagues and adding more workspace to our recently expanded footprint in Greater Atlanta, bringing our office count to 9 locations across 7 states. We welcome our newest colleagues to catch that same vision of superior service that has sustained Soliant since its founding.
