Job Description:

Are you a skilled Cath Lab RN seeking an exciting opportunity in Boston, MA? Soliant Health is currently looking for an experienced Cath Lab RN to join our team in one of the leading healthcare facilities in Boston. As a Cath Lab RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support during cardiac catheterization procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-procedure assessments, including reviewing patient history, obtaining vital signs, and ensuring appropriate informed consent.
  • Assist the physician during catheterization procedures, including scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring patient status.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient response during and after procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Assess and document patient condition, including vital signs, cardiac rhythm, and neurovascular status, throughout the procedure.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide patient education regarding post-procedure care and discharge instructions.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
